A Spruce Pop-up Wedding is perfect for couples who want to have a simple, memorable wedding without spending a lot of time or money on the event.  

Will We Need To Get A Marriage License?

 You will definitely need that!  You will BOTH have to go together to obtain your marriage license, so make it a fun date and plan for lunch or dinner afterwards!

Will The Officiant Take Care Of Filing My Marriage License For Me After The Ceremony?

This must be turned in by your officiant so they will be sure to get this in for you – yay! One less thing for you to do!

Can We Have A Bridal Party?

You may!  They will be included in your guest count.

Can We Bring Our Own Vendors?

No need to worry!  We already have all of the vendors on board and do not require vendors other than those we have arranged.   We try to make this as simple as possible for you!

Who Will Be Our Vendors?

Your wedding will include some of the top Central IL vendors who can’t wait to be a part of your wedding.   Email for a complete list of vendors for the advertised date.  

Can We Make Changes To The Ceremony?

The ceremony has been pre-designed in order to keep it sweet and simple, however we are more than happy to discuss any requests in regards to this portion of the day.  Just ask!

Can We Pick Out Our Flowers, Cake, Invites & Food?

The Spruce Wedding Company is designed to alleviate the most stressful parts of wedding planning.  These elements are pre-determined based on the theme of your day of choice.  Each wedding date may have a few choices to make, but it will vary each time.  

What Will Our Spruce Wedding Look Like?

 Each wedding will be creative and memorable - and just right for celebrating love!  It will be shorter and simpler than a more traditional wedding, but with all the important pieces and moments for photographs!

Can We Get Transportation To And From The Location Site?

While this is not included in the packages we offer, we are more than happy to suggest reputable companies in the area that can provide transport.

How Often Will And When Are Dates Announced?

Dates are generally announced 3-6 months prior to the pop-up series weekend and are based on availability of the venue and vendors. 

Can We Pick Our Own Date Outside Of The Advertised Event?

We would be happy to answer inquiries in regards to alternate dates!

What If We Sign Up And Then Can’t Make It?

Due to the abbreviated timeline of the pop-up style weddings all payments for Spruce Wedding Company events are due at signing and are non-refundable.

We Are Already Married, Can We Renew Our Vows?

Absolutely!  It is perfectly set up for a vow renewal or even a surprise wedding – just let us know what you are wanting to accomplish and we will make minor adjustments to the wording on the invitations and ceremony.
