A few weeks ago I was at the Behind Every Bride show in East Peoria. I took a few cell phone photos but it was so nice to get beautiful photos from Samantha Lynn Photography to share with you. There is a very clear difference between my cell photos and her pro photos. Anyway, it is really nice to meet people, and I'm starting to have "second generation" clients, where a bride rented from me last year or earlier this year and now her sister or cousin or bridesmaid will be renting from me next year. I always get so excited about that because it means their experience was good and that's my main priority.
Enough talking, on with the photos! If inventory is being used, I'll try to point it out!
Heartstrings used the white Ivy desk, white plant stand, cherry easel and gold chalkboard.
The So Chic Boutique used one of the new white farm tables as their main display table. Love those pretty legs! The smaller table on the right is the sweetheart sized table. They are also using the chippy green door on the back right side to show off their pretty paper!
I just love this little silver dresser. It's smaller than other pieces I have but it could still work for a guestbook, cake display or even ceremony backdrop.
Embellish Lettering used the pink Shelby dresser to display some of her pieces.
The So Chic Boutique styled the gold bar cart as a fun shower idea with pink and gold and personal bottles of champagne.
I also brought a few things for Le Fleur Floral Design - they are moving their store, by the way! I've gotten to peek inside the new space and it's going to be so amazing! They are using a black window frame, black pedestal table and gold nesting tables.
I created a easy and casual lounge out of the blue sofa and white chairs, using the industrial cart as a coffee table. I can now offer the large jute rug under the lounge.
In case you are curious, the fiddle leaf fig tree is doing well in my house so far. I read about 25 different blog/greenhouse/gardening posts and I water it exactly once a week with exactly two cups of water. It should probably be called a fickle leaf fig tree, but I'm getting off topic here...
Mismatch Calligraphy did a large mirrored sign for the open display area. Her mirror is on a Something Old easel.
We built whitewashed farm tables. I really wanted something that would look perfect with the mismatched chairs, but I also wanted something that offered a softer look. It has taken about four months of trial and error, but I am just so happy with how these turned out. Plus you can never go wrong with a turned leg. Available to 2017 brides, so get your reservations in ASAP!
Leg shot from my phone!
Table detail shot - you can see the wood grain through the white wash. Eventually I'll be able to offer vintage china, but now I'm just in the collecting phase.
Here you can see the sweetheart table paired with the oatmeal chairs & twig arbor. The arbor is really massive and a must-see in person! Florals by Le Fleur!
Cell phone shot of my booth - I was setting up a lot of areas, so I didn't want a complicated design in my own space. It was a bit of a fail because several people thought I was a photographer. I'll keep tweaking it for future shows.
It was a fun show, I look forward to the next one in January! Thanks for these beautiful photos Samantha Lynn Photography!
